We offer nationwide shipping within New Zealand and worldwide through NZ Post. Items are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days once payment has cleared.

Within New Zealand

We ship domestic orders nationwide via NZ Post CourierPost. A tracking number is provided for all urban, rural, and P.O. Box deliveries. For security, every item is sent signature-required.

Shipment details are generated through an automated barcode-scanning process. Please allow 1–2 working days for tracking updates to appear on the carrier's network.

Worldwide

Orders outside New Zealand are normally sent via NZ Post, with FedEx available on request.

Any import duties, taxes, and compliance with the laws of the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.
