50 Cents: Endeavour: The HMS Endeavour, the ship Captain Cook sailed on during his first arrival in New Zealand, is depicted with Mount Taranaki in the background.
One Dollar: Kiwi & Silver Fern: New Zealand's national bird, the Kiwi, is depicted alongside the symbolic Silver Fern.
Two Dollars: White Heron ( Kotuku ): Due to its rarity, The White Heron (Kotuku) is revered as a sacred bird in Maori culture.
This release represents a historic milestone as the first change of monarch on New Zealand's coinage since 1953. Limited Worldwide Issue of 500 5-Coin Folder Sets issued by the RBNZ. Unopened and Brand New.
No circulation coins dated 2024 with the portrait effigy of Charles will be issued aside from the 10 Cents according to the RBNZ.
