Obverse: Laureate head of Apollo with profile eye right.

Reverse: PA-TRAOY, Horseman in crested helmet charging right spearing fallen enemy carrying Macedonian shield. Bunch of grapes behind riders shoulder.

Notes: This coin struck on a broad flan with iridescent toning. These Tertradrachms are more commonly seen on small tight flans with much less detail, this coin however bears the kings full name and has far more detail that most examples.
