According to Alistair Robb, this prefix was accidentally issued, and the intended prefix should have been K/0 ( letter over number ) instead of 0/K ( number over letter ). 

Only 10-11 examples are known to exist. This undiscovered example was found with several other notes put away as change sometime after 1956—an incredibly unique and intact find within a Royal Jamaica Petit Corona Wooden Cigar Box.
